Who We Are...
Tim Walsh & Associates are a firm of insurance loss assessors based in Tuam, Co. Galway.
We have been in business for over 10 years and have experience in the insurance industry going back over 35 years and a considerable knowledge in the building industry. Our main client base is in the West of Ireland and the Midlands; however over this time we have negotiated and settled claims in most counties of the country. We act on behalf of both domestic and commercial clients that have suffered a loss and who wish to recover their loss from their insurance company.
In the event of a claim on your policy your Insurance Company will employ a Loss Adjuster to act on their behalf and to protect their interest. A Loss Assessor can be employed on YOUR behalf to act and protect YOUR interest and at the same time take the stress out of dealing with this claim.
What We Do...
Stage
One
Upon being appointed we initially call as soon as possible in order to inspect the damage and to review your insurance policy cover.

Two
The next stage is that we report your claim to your insurance company giving a full appraisal of the loss and arrange for their representative to attend and inspect all damages at your property.

Three
Upon inspection we agree a full scope of works to be undertaken and compile a detailed bill of costs for every aspect of the claim, we arrange any reports or specialist works to be undertaken and duly forward to the appointed loss adjuster with minimum delay.

Four
We handle all communications & negotiations with the loss adjuster / insurance company.

Five
We finally settle your claim on your behalf for the maximum and most agreeable settlement to you available under your policy.

So if for any reason your claim is unsuccessful…
Then we do not charge a fee!
